Perimeter College

Raymond Engineering-GA, LLC was retained to provide a visual survey of two classroom buildings on the campus of Georgia Perimeter College.  Our engineers prepared recommendations and cost estimates for both repair and replacement options. When Georgia Perimeter College made the decision that roof replacement was the most cost-effective option, they secured our services to complete the re-roofing design. The buildings in this project were also experiencing leaks through the brick veneer. Raymond Engineering provided specifications for a built-up roof system, as well as specifications for the installation of through-wall flashings to address the brick veneer leak problems. During the construction management phase of this project, Raymond Engineering successfully handled the coordination of the re-roofing of both buildings simultaneously, and ensured there was no interruption of classes.
